Fitness Matters Series

The Fitness Matters Series is a set of 4 Manuals addressing five key areas of fitness:

The Manuals are ideal for use by a wide age range of people who recognise the need to get fit and keep fit.  Mounted on a ring binder system allows them to open out and lie flat on a table or on an angle poise for easy use.  Each Manual is 260mm x 180mm and is printed in full colour.
