The book provides comprehensive advice about how to
keep fit for golf. Ten chapters deal with subject areas
such as: warming-up, cardio-vascular, endurance, strength
and flexibility training, nutrition, back care as well
as a chapter describing how the muscles work during
each of the main swing phases. Every exercise is clearly
illustrated and some of the chapter headed pages feature
famous golfers such as Arnold Palmer, Tiger Woods, Colin
Montgomerie and David Howell.
The book is dedicated to Jessie Valentine MBE, in her
era of 1930’s, 40’s and 50’s one of
the worlds best lady golfers.
