play better golf. It is available in either DVD or

playing or practising; how to use the resistant Theraband
tubing for strength training and stretching exercises
to improve your flexibility. The last section shows
abdominal and back exercises to help you improve
and maintain good golf posture and prevent injury
to the spine.
