This is one of three laminated charts designed for all ages and all levels of flexibility. The chart gives detailed explanation supported with clear, full colour illustrations on how to perform a variety of stretching exercises for the lower limbs. The top section of the chart gives important stretching guidelines as well as illustrating in anatomical diagrams the muscles that are being stretched.

The chart shows a number of stretches for the Calf, Adductor, Quadricep and Hamstring muscle groups as well as a 5 minute stretch sequence of 6 easy to follow progressive stretches designed for the lower limb and suitable for a variety of sports. This is one of three charts in the Stretching Series. A must for every gym / fitness centre, dance studios, etc.
