Sit Ups - Wall Mounted Chart
This chart shows how to do these two levels of ''sit up'' exercises as well as illustrating the major muscle groups that work during the exercise. Stage 1 shows the sit-up exercise with the hands resting on top of the thighs and sliding up to touch the top of the knees. Stage 2 shows the sit-up being done with the arms folded and the hands on top of the shoulders. Each exercise position in both levels is supported with instructional information to help ensure the sit-up is done properly and safely. Advice is also given on the correct breathing technique and this controlled rhythm must be maintained during each sit-up. This information helps to reinforce good coaching by the Gym Instructor.This chart is ideal for fixing on the wall next to your abdominal machine.
